Holds several qualifications in banking and finance and security management. He has more than 20 years of experience in the security industry in Zimbabwe and outside Zimbabwe. He is the current chairman of the National Employment Council of the Security Industry, past president of the Security Association of Zimbabwe and currently an executive committee member of the Security Association of Southern Africa. He serves on multiple boards, including Guard Alert Group of Companies.

An accomplished Security and Forensic Investigations professional with over 25 years of experience in loss control, fraud risk management, physical security, and law enforcement. She has held key leadership and investigative roles at Old Mutual (CABS), Nedbank Zimbabwe, Steelmakers Pvt Ltd, and the Zimbabwe Republic Police. Her expertise spans fraud and misconduct investigations, digital forensic support, risk assessments, policy development, and crisis response. She is a Certified Fraud Examiner.

A highly accomplished professional with a proven track record in the security and loss control industry. Currently serving as the Administrator and Head of Operations at Wilberforce Security, she is a Gold Award winner for the 2023 Security Entrepreneur award from EZN, won the Growing Business Luminary Award from ZIST in 2024 and the Outstanding Female Security Consultant Award from GCSB in 2024.

A Certified Fraud Examiner with 26 years of experience in investigations and loss control management. He holds a BCom in Business Management from NUST and an MCom in Strategic Management and Corporate Governance from MSU, along with other certifications in investigations and loss control. He is the Chief Investigations and Integrity Officer at Infrastructure and Development Bank of Zimbabwe, heading the Investigation, Integrity and Loss Control Division.

BSc Hons (Security & Disaster Management) from Zimbabwe National Defence University, an Advanced Diploma in Security and Risk Management from ICLM, a certificate in Health, Safety & Environmental Management from the University of Zimbabwe, and Advanced Investigations training from the School of Military Police, Zimbabwe National Army. He is still serving with the Zimbabwe National Army, with past experience as an investigator.

A holder of an MBA in Strategic Leadership from the University of Zimbabwe and a BBA Honours in Police Studies from BUSE. He is an experienced loss control professional with more than 15 years of experience.

It has won numerous awards over the years, including the IOMZ Employer of Choice Award, the SADCC Large Enterprise Service of the Year Company award, and it is ISO certified. He has presented papers at numerous forums, including the ZIM Institute of Fraud Examiners.

He has a proven track record in Zimbabwe's security landscape and currently serves as a Superintendent in the Zimbabwe Republic Police. A solid, candid, dynamic and results-driven professional with proven experience in security risk and loss control management spanning over twenty years across mineral processing, banking, printing and related fields. His career has centred on formulating and developing security strategies and procedures, enforcement, security risk analysis and systems design. He is also an accident reconstruction and investigation expert and holds a Master of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, a Bachelor of Law (Honours), an Advanced Diploma in Security Management, a Higher National Diploma in Marketing Management, a Diploma in Adult Education and a City and Guilds Certificate in Accident Investigations for Police Officers.

A military commissioned officer with over two decades of experience in safety and security, risk and loss control, corporate intelligence and investigations. He has worked in both public and private sectors at operational and strategic levels across the military, telecommunications, commercial security industry, banking and energy sectors. He is a PhD student in Strategic Management, Monitoring and Evaluation, and holds an MSc in Intelligence and Security, an MBA, a Bachelor of Business Administration in Police and Security Studies, a Diploma in Security Management and Occupational Safety, Health and Environmental Management courses.

He holds a Master of Science in Security and Risk Management from Leicester University, a Bachelor of Technology in Security Risk Management from UNISA, a Diploma in Information Technology – Business and Computing Examinations (BCE) from London, and an Advanced Diploma in Security Management from the Zimbabwe Institute of Management.

Throughout his career he has gained experience in corporate security and loss management, policing experience with the Zimbabwe Republic Police and international policing with Sudan-UNAMID. He holds an MSc Hons in Peace Leadership and Governance from ZOU, a Bachelor of Business Administration (Hons) in Police and Security Studies from BUSE and a Professional Graduate Diploma in Risk and Security Management from CARLSS.

An accomplished senior executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in strategic leadership, corporate governance and organizational transformation. He is the Executive Director of the Centre for Asset Risk, Loss and Security Studies (CARLSS) and also serves as Chairman of Intrepid Holdings (Private) Limited. Through his career he has demonstrated proven experience in insurance, tertiary education, property development, risk and security management.
