This is a working draft written to match how this system actually behaves today. It is a starting point for the Institute's own legal review, not a substitute for one.
By creating a member account, applying for membership, or otherwise using this website, you agree to these terms.
Creating a member account starts a membership application; it does not by itself grant membership. Applications are reviewed by ICLPSM's membership team, and your account will show one of the following statuses: pending, approved, rejected, or suspended. Approved members may be granted a public directory listing, member-only resources, and access to event and qualification information.
You agree to provide accurate, current information when registering or applying, and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
Your details appear in the public "Find a Member" directory only if you have given consent and enabled public visibility. You may withdraw consent and request removal at any time by contacting membership@iclm-int.org.
ICLPSM may suspend or terminate an account for a breach of these terms, fraudulent information, or non-payment of membership fees where applicable.
The site and its content are provided "as is." While we take reasonable steps to keep information accurate and the service available, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that all content is error-free.
We may update these terms as the system changes. The "last updated" date above will always reflect the latest version.
