Member Success Stories

“My experience with the Institute has been very positive. I have been impressed by its proactive approach, inclusivity, and willingness to create opportunities for members to participate and contribute.”

“The institute is capacitating entrepreneurs and even those private security practitioners employed in various sectors by giving guidelines which need to be followed in the profession. This is in support of NDS 2, which benefits Zimbabweans.

Employers, individuals and even sole practitioners will benefit by being part of the institute because you can prevent loss, hence profitability is improved through guidelines on loss prevention and private security practice which are availed by the institute.

I call upon other private security practitioners to come to the institute and be a member. Whatever direction you want to follow in the private security industry, the association will accommodate you.”

“My experience with the Institute so far has been excellent. The training is practical and directly applicable to our work. I particularly valued attending the Professional Standards Workshop, which gave me and my team clear guidance on compliance, ethics, and operational best practice. As Head of Department for the Security Division at Gurus Holdings, I have seen real improvements in our professionalism and loss control approach. I highly recommend the Institute to any organization serious about raising standards in security.”
